So looking at this problem.
If I calculate the area of the triangle - i get 1/2bh = 1/2*(1-.625)^2 = .1406 /2 = .0703. Is this an error or what am i missing.

This isn't an error. The graph is not to scale, so the diagonal line is not the line y = x.
You need to compute the x-coordinate associated with y = 75k.
Remember, when working with Lee diagrams we really should rescale the axis so that the y-axis has the entry ratio. In this case, the y-axis would go from 0 to 2 and 75k would correspond to an entry ratio of 1.25. The x-axis stays at 0 to 1 because it's a probability. You should be able to finish it from here.
