Is Latex or something similar possible in the forum?
If so, what's the wrapper?

The editor in this forum doesn't support something as sophisticated as Latex, but if you have an already rendered Latex snippet, you should be able to paste it as a picture when you post. (You might have to first paste it to drawing software and then convert it to a jpg or png.)
