        <description><![CDATA[<p>BattleWiki states ICRLL is a process to modify Table M to approximate the Limited Table M for a given per-occurrence limit (deductible).</p><p>However, in the "Applying the ICRLL Procedure" example, it states "ICRLL method is used to transform a Limited Table M into a Table M". </p><p>If we are modifying Table M to approximate Limited Table M, shouldn't the ICRLL is used to transform Table M into Limited Table M?</p><p>Thanks.</p>]]>

        <description><![CDATA[<p>I see that the solution uses the horizontal slicing method on this problem. Is there a reason I can't vertically slice on this problem? If I can, are you able to tell where I went wrong? Columns E-J in the excel are taking the max of (0, Col D minus the underlined ratio). Thanks!</p><div>
